Tufts Medicare Preferred PPO is a Preferred Provider Organization. As a member of Tufts Medicare Preferred PPO, you have the freedom to see any provider you choose. You don't need a referral. Your out-of-pocket costs will be less if you receive care from a plan provider in our PPO network.

Members can seek care at any network provider and pay just a copayment. Our PPO plans include comprehensive coverage for care*, including:

• Doctor's office visits and Specialist care
  
• Unlimited medically necessary hospitalization
  
• Immunizations
  
• Lab tests
  
• Comprehensive Pharmacy coverage
  
• Emergency coverage worldwide

Getting out-of-network care is easy too with our PPO plan. Members don't need a referral and can see any provider, although they will pay higher copayments when seeing out-of-network providers. In general, your out-of-pocket costs will be less if you receive care from a plan provider in our PPO network.
